Returns & Refunds Policy

Returns

Customers agree to check their order has been delivered correctly within 72 hours of receiving. We accept returns within 14 days of the date you received your order. 

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused, unfitted, and in their original condition

  • Returned in their original packaging

  • Complete with all accessories, instructions, and documentation, ready for resale

Items that show signs of installation, use, damage, or modification are not eligible for return.

 

Non-Returnable Items

Unless faulty, the following cannot be returned:

  • Non-stock items 

  • Custom-made or special-order parts

  • Items that have been installed or attempted to be installed

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Electrical components, once opened

  • Items which the supplier considers used once opened

  • Items returned incomplete or damaged due to inadequate packaging

 

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We’ll assess your case and arrange a replacement or refund in line with our company guidelines and your statutory rights.

Once submitted, our team will assess within 2 working days either provide you with an RMA number or contact you for more information. 

Returns sent without an RMA will not be processed internally and may be lost or rejected. 

 

Return Shipping Costs

  • Changed your mind? You are responsible for your return shipping costs.

  • Ordered the incorrect part for your car? You are responsible for your return shipping costs.

  • Faulty? We will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

  • Incorrect item supplied? We will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

If you are liable for shipping costs, we recommend using a tracked and insured service in case of a loss, as we will not be responsible for a loss in a service you paid for. 

If we are liable for shipping costs, we will either set up a collection at the delivered address or provide you with a label to drop off at the post office. 

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • We will refund the amount in GBP only. We will not be accountable for any losses in currency fluctuations or processing fees. 

  • Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or provider.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item was faulty or an incorrect item was supplied. 

 

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item, please contact us before returning it. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

 

UK Consumer Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
